UPDATED TRAINING SCHEDULE

Hi Woodlands Fit Crew:

After careful consideration from myself and the head coaches we are updating the training schedule. It will now be the same schedule and weekly build up as in years past. This schedule is tried and true and will get you to the finish line, like it has so many in the past! We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. The updated schedule is now the schedule you will see on our Woodlands Fit website. The password is still WOODLANDSFIT2013. Have a great training week.
