Registration for Woodlands Winter Fit is still open. Once you complete your registration, you will be included in the weekly e-newsletter which comes out mid-week. Time Trials are complete, and the groups will now do their regular group runs on Saturday mornings. If you are unsure about the meeting time or route, contact your Pace Group Head Coach. Their e-mail addresses are available on the Coach's page of this website. (The pace groups are listed on the bottom of the Weekly Schedule page.) Woodlands Fit

Welcome to Woodlands Fit. We are a training program for walkers  and runners designed with the goal  in mind of completing a marathon or half marathon. Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, you will receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs/walks, access to trained coaches, informational seminars and a Woodlands Fit marathon training t-shirt.

Ask anyone who has completed their goal of getting in shape or finishing a half or full marathon, and I'm sure they will tell you it has truly changed his/her life. You will feel fitter, happier, and mentally much stronger; and all in a short 26 weeks.

Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, this marathon training program is the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in the best shape of your life.

Does just hearing the word marathon make you shake in your shoes? That's okay, come out and join us anyway. Our participants have various goals ranging from getting in shape to running or walking the half marathon or full marathon distance. You will have fun and meet other people just like you to exercise with and help you accomplish your fitness goals.
